Performance: I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now and they’ve been working really well. Good strength and a nice blend of strains. I noticed a difference in digestion and overall gut comfort after a short time. Easy to take and good value for the potency. Would buy again.

It has certainly helped to stop the daily stomach cramps. They haven't completely gone, but they are far less frequent and not as strong.

Following a bout of severe diarrhoea I developed what the GP described likely to be post infection IBS. After 4 months and trying lots of things I am back to completely normal. Did this help in the month I took it for in my journey - no. Did it make things worse - no. It was worth a try though.
