I need to take a multivitamin now, as I can't seem to get what I need from diet alone, and this one has proven itself, it works, has all those trace elements I was looking for, it's coated so easy to swallow, it's not too big, and the price is great. My 200 count bottle came right away, no problems, no melt pills or broken seal. They are effective, and that's what counts, I'd take them whether they were for women or men, idk what the difference is, but if you're looking for a quality multivitamin at a decent price, this is probably the best choice.
