the refills do their job but mine seemed used and a couple of them were broken

OX Tools is part of my tool box.
I did not know anything about OX Tools till EZ Homes from Camas Washington. I tried the products that he was using. OMG. Ox is part of my goto tools now. This whole pencil thing writing on multiple surfaces is a blessing. Try it and you will see.

Old Stock ? Bad packaging ?
The product it’s self is great but every single black carbon piece was broken upon arrival. Red and yellow seemed to be fine.

Garbage the top cap continues to fall off and once it's lost you lose the ability to feed more lead through it absolute garbage threw it out first day on site straight trash buy a haltifir

The parts come broken

8 out of the 10 leads were broken as other reviewers have found. Totally useless and highly priced. The outer container is quite sturdy and does not flex so I'm bemused as to when they would of got broken.
