The media could not be loaded. Great chairs! I was worried to get these initially because I saw that some people wrote that their chairs came broken, but both chairs that I purchased came in perfect condition! They were extremely easy to put together (probably took about 30 min each chair). We get so many compliments on them, and they really elevate our living room. They aren’t the most comfortable chairs, the cushions are very stiff, but I was getting them more for the looks over comfort. The color is also a bit lighter of a green in person than in the pictures. All around, good quality, great price and very happy I purchased them!

This chair looks very beautiful and was easy to assemble. The cushion is very thick and also quite firm. It’s comfortable, but like “sitting in your dentist’s waiting room” comfortable, not “curl up in your favorite chair with your favorite book on a rainy day” comfortable. That being said, the value for the money can’t be beat. I put this chair in my office and am very happy with it.

These chairs are a beautiful color. They were easy to assemble and sat my 200lb boyfriend no problem. He’s also over 6’ and found them to be more comfortable than anticipated despite his long legs. The seats are deep and the back slightly reclines. The pillows are a great bonus. The chairs are fairly comfortable but a little stiff. Definitely couldn’t nap in them but perfect for just sitting or entertaining. The pieces that extend onto the back support didn’t quite sit flush with the arm rest/base wood beans, but is sturdy regardless. There is a cross beam that supports the seat on the front, but not one on the back. I was weary about the support for the seat but once tightened, it held up just fine. These are an excellent addition to our living room.

After 4 months of abandonment, I finally achieved success assembling this chair!It's a lovely chair. I like the fabric, the wood isn't the same tone as pictured so I thought I'd refinish it to a warmer color, but no. It's fine. I can live with the ashy color.I recommend you ignore the assembly instructions. Trying to attach the seat to the back was the most difficult. I'd think I had the bolt in the receiving hole and screw and screw and screw and screw and screw only to find out I was screwing into a void. It's definitely a blind spot. According to the instructions, I connected the two sides with the wood cross bar. Except, when I then tried to attach the cushions the wood frame was off kilter.So, it's a great chair once it's assembled, but toss out the instructions.

Purchasing this set was a gamble given the reviews. I decided to give it a shot. As you can see one chair worked out great and the other was broken straight out of the box. It was a manufacturing issue. Where it’s broken was actually a screw being improperly secured in the leg pushing the two pieces apart. I tried to reach out to receive new parts. You do not have that option. You can either return both chairs at your own shipping cost, which is astronomical or keep the items which would cost me less. My plan is to get some wood glue and properly secure the leg and hope for the best!Update 4/24/24I came home from work today to a new chair on my front porch! It was in perfect condition. I did send a message to the seller about the broken chair previously. I did not expect them to replace the chair so it was a much appreciated surprise! I’ve been using the original good condition chair and I can tell you they’re comfortable and very stylish. Thank you for taking care of your customer!

So long story short, make sure you buy your products somewhere reputable. Do not buy from this seller! Nothing but headaches! Chair is short and very uncomfortable. The assembly did not go as planned. One of the arm chairs didn’t line up with a bolt screw and had stripped the pre drilled hole for wooden arm chair. Told seller about the issue. Requested a refund and return label and seller had sent a non pre paid label! Had exchanged messages and woke up to find in email that seller had closed the case since it’s past 3 days BUT reply back on the third day (8/3/24 )of their so called “policy case”. Seller didn’t want to give me a pre paid return label and asked all sorts of unnecessary questions about the chairs trying to avoid sending a return label. If I don’t like the way it looks and there’s a defect, then send me a prepaid return label! Very annoyed and now I have to pay out of pocket to return these chairs. An absolute inconvenience! You have been forewarned!UPDATE- 8/4/24 Was able to return both chairs @ FedEx which the company used to ship. Had to pay out $229 (cheapest) to ship it back to them! FedEx had also warned about using this company to buy anything from since they deal with third parties to sell and ship. This company is the WORST and will give you a hard time about getting your refund back! But thank god for Amazon customer support which they helped resolve my issue with this seller. Let’s see if they will refund back my money…
