Good product
The kit is so lightweight that it can be easily taken anywhere for a quick workout. The 20lb and 40lb tubes offer good resistance. Booklet is useful as it gives clear illustrations on how to build muscle with more number of repetitions. I enjoy body building and this product is a no brainer. It is easy to adjust resistance with multiple tubes so I don’t need to use weights now.

Good / amazing quality product at this price range. Good quality elastic is used and total 5 bands is there which is helpful in reducing fat from arms, chest, back and legs.. And the most important this which I like about this product is it is very lightweight and durable too
