Fantastic flavour
It has a beautiful citrus flavour. It makes a lovely dip for dim sums.

Pretty good not too shabby
In general this is an ok balance of flavours. It’s a bit thin and would have expected more citrus flavour and much less soy sauce base. I usually make my own yuzu ponzu from scratch so have no comparison to other commercial brands.

Great flavor
It really is a nice sauce, much lighter and not as heavy as soy sauce. Highly recommend for salmon dishes and stir Frys.
