Baum Textiles Winter Fleece Meow Club Fabric By The Yard, Multicolor

I just received my fabric. I love it. It is so soft and colors are nice and bright. One other review said they had trouble cutting the fabric I away use a rotary cutter and mat on all my fleece. I make blankets for our animals doctors to use after surgery to keep the animals warm. I am ordering more material now. I also use a metal yard stick that I lay on the fabric as I cut so I get a straight cut.

This fabric is so soft and so cute!I used it to cover whole bunch of shelves I built around the house for my cats to gain some vertical space.The only thing is that it was very difficult to cut the fabric the the exact dimension but that could just be due to user error...

I would have given this 5 stars as I loved the material and the print. However, we are working on blankets for cats and kittens for our new shelter after ours burned last year. Instead of coming in one big piece, the material was cut by the yard. I am in my 70's and have done a lot of sewing and this is the first time I have ever asked for multiple yardage that was cut in yard pieces. Since we were going by size for what we needed and had figured out yardage, we ended up with a lot of waste. We are asking for suggestions to what to use the "extra" for.

this is a cute print. However, the cats are much larger then I had thought. (Sorry I did not pay attention to the ruler at the bottom of the picture) I was hoping there was one with dogs.
