I just had no issues. Arrived on time. Unlike some reviews, mine was package very well. Whole box was beefed up with plywood, and then the whole box was shrink wrapped very well. Parts had no scratches and came with all parts and hardware. Directions were OK. It took me maybe 30 minutes to assemble. It picks up the front wheels on my 20 ft tandem so it turns easily on the rears. Saves my old bad back.

We were concerned because other people talked about poor packaging and poor assembly instructions in the reviews but it arrived wrapped in plastic wrap and instructions were super easy. Took about 20 min to assemble. We use this to move our 5000lb boat. It is stable and allows us to easily maneuver our boat. We tried several others but needed the stability of the 4 wide wheels and longer handle.

This thing ROCKS, but: It did not have assembly instructions. I put it together in 10 minutes from the picture on the box. Then, it already has rust on the weld joints and it's new. I bought a can of spray paint and hit all the weld points just to be safe. Other than that, it's really great.

The delivery date was right on time and I was ready to do some trailer shuffling, but.... the box had a 14 inch hole torn in the side and was poorly patched, when I hacked threw the patch and opened the rest of the wasted box there was one swivel tire and no others. the only thing was the adjustable height pole There was no assembly nuts and bolts no nothing...to make this situation even weirder ...there was a 2 inch brass plumbing union that has nothing to do with what I ordered.

This is a fine product. It was easy to assemble, and handled my 8,000 pound boat with no problem. The packaging is next to worthless. It is cheap, soft cardboard and a few pieces of two-ply 1/8th inch softwood.

I've had the 100$ trailer dolly from another brand and they just don't have good stability and can only move small trailers/14ftboat. This one is the real deal. I moved my 18ft boat in grass as advertised. My 14ft skiff whips around with ease. Also, with a boat trailer you can do a 360degree turn.

Tires will not hold air. Also would not move with 26.5 foot boat on 3 axial trailer. Estimated weight of boat is listed at 5,500 lbs and trailer maybe another 2,000 lbs. I’m considering returning or modification to attach to a small tractor, but then why use the TMD-15002C?

The box arrived a little beat up, but everything was there and the metal pieces were not scratched up. The drawing in the manual was small, but it tells you which bolts go where. Assembly was very easy. I basically back the boat into the garage with my truck and then move it closer to the wall with the dolly.
