The watch arrived in perfect condition. It was renewed but looks brand new. When I first received the watch, it didn't want to charge. I would have to shift the watch on the charger to get it to show charging and then it would discount after a few minutes. I contacted the seller, Chubbiestech, with the issue and they responded immediately. They sent a replacement charger and it works great. The last couple of days has been spent customizing and loading apps and very happy with the Galaxy Watch 4. The functionality is excellent. The screen responsiveness is terrific. I have ordered lots of Amazon Renewed and always happy with the price and quality. BTW, the pics are with a screen protector and bumper guard.

Galaxy watch 4 40mm. First item bought as renewed by amazon and it really was as it were new, not a scratch on it and everything works excelent, actually the watch has so mamy features, it really is a great overal watch. My only "complaint", (and I already new about it) is that the watch would have been perfect if the battery life was longer. You have to charge it every day, if you are cool with it buy! It came with the charger too. I recommend it if you dont mind the battery life of a day or a day a a half at most.

So, for a Samsung product, this watch being at least 2 years older at my time of purchase, it really has a ton of upgrades/updates that don't apply all at once. Removing it from the packaging and putting it in the charger (turned off) takes about 2.5 hours for a full charge. This is very important, as what's next is going to be aggravating and frustrating... It does sequential updates; not an all-in-one catch up (which for me were at least 6, and no end in sight...) Each update takes at least 30 minutes and eats up 15-30% of your battery while applying. Coincidentally, it won't apply any updates if your battery is 30% or less left. I have had this watch about 12 hours now, and it's been one update after another - leaving it on the charger too - and I anticipate there will be at least 2 or 3 more to go. (judging from the release dates of the updates). I'll have to see how it goes after it is done to make a final review / decision as to whether or not it's worth it. BUYER BEWARE!! You will NOT be able to use this watch out of the box or even close to that.

It took forever to charge, update and install. The battery doesn't seem to last long at all. Which is very disappointing! I have even went through everything and turned things off that I could to save battery usage. Still seems to drain fast with hardly any usage. You know? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and it charges so fast and works well. The Fit 3 does not answer/receive calls. That is why I bought this one. So far I am not to happy with it. It was a great price though. UPDATED INFO ON THIS GALAXY SMARTWATCH 4!! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS THING. I DO LIKE THAT IT TRACKS MANY THINGS. I DIDN'T HAVE THAT OPTION WITH THE FIT 3. BUT IT REALLY SUX! DAILY HAVING TO CHARGE IT, EVEN THOUGH ALMOST EVERYTHING IS TURNED OFF TO SAVE BATTERY! NEVER HAD ANY LET ME TELL YOU ANY PROBLEMS WEARING ANY WATCH IN MY LIFE! THIS HAS GAVE ME A RASH ON MY WRIST OMG!!!! SO THE MONEY I PAID WENT DOWN THE DRAIN! IT IS A PIECE OF TRASH!

Looks and works like its brand new just as described. Easy to connect and set up. Came in orginal box and the charger is brand new with orginal packaging. Its well worth the price. Only issue I have is the shipping box was torn and partially open, but that's not on the seller that's the shipping partner. I'd definitely purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
