Very helpful..
Very helpful... my wife and I are both using them... they are comfortable but you need to adjust the angle that suits you - then enjoy the experience.... as they really help to separate our knees including reducing the pain we were experiencing before we started using them... would recommend for those with knee pain that needs separation during sleep...
