This is a tasty and authentic flavor to add to any dish. I have been making Asian flavored meals with sesame seed oils etc. and this has accompanied this beautifully. The only brand I'll buy. It's a really affordable for the amount and quality you get.

an essential kitchen ingredient , best way to do a homemade chinese inspired BBQ and make authentic sauces or do sauteed eggplant , keep a small bottle of smoky sesame oil and add it but sparingly by the drop for a nutty non nut flavor ... they go well together , chinese oyster sauce completes the triad for chinatown flavors
