Great upgrade for your Ender 3 if you're going direct drive
I was upgrading to microswiss direct drive and needed additional support for the Z axis because of added weight. Ordered this and installed following instructions on "My Tech Fun" channel on youtube. Install was easier than anticipated and now it's working very well. One thing to consider, it does not come with any extras. You will use every single piece of hardware in this kit so take extra care not to loose any small bits. Also, no lubricant. After I installed mine and ran Z axis up and down it was very noisy. Thankfully I had lubricant from a prusa printer kit and it eliminated the unwanted racket.

Good upgrade to prevent gantry sagging
This works as intended. Installing them can be frustrating. I did have binding issues. Look into Oldham couplings and anti-backlash nuts. They'll fix binding and keep the z screws aligned.

Great product and upgrade.
Overall awesome product. I had noticed before installing this part that the stepper motor/filament side of the axis was just a bit lower than the right side due to the off balance weight. This product adds an extra screw and stepper motor to the right side to help out with even weight distribution, it comes with the wiring to link the stepper motors together. Just remove the existing stepper wire from the board and replace. It also comes with a bracket to relocate the power supply as well. Perfectly level now after the install.

Binding
The Ender pro with auto leveling, I installed this kit on is my third printer so I'm not new to 3D printing. The carriage would bind at about 170mm height. Found that the top guide bearing was actually binding on the screw shaft causing it to seize. The screw shaft and the bearing bore are both 8mm so if the bearing twists any amount at all the bearing seizes. I removed the bearings to solve that problem - you could also reduce the diameter of the top of the screw shaft. The kit is worth the effort, it prints beautifully.

Works great ender 3 pro
I wanted to make sure I prevented sagging from the right side of my x gantry since my printer only had one lead screw. After purchasing this and following guides such as teaching techs made sure everything was leveled. Also have a glad bed and solid bed mounts so that made fine tuning easy. I do prefer this setup everything feels even now if I need to tilt my printer for any reason the x gantry isn't going to move up and down on its own since it only had one lead screw before.

Perfect z-level print test on first try
This is a very good upgrade if you are using a sprite extruder on you ender 3 pro

Poorly Engineered
I found this upgrade caused more problems than it solved. So much so that I eventually removed it from my Ender-3 V2 Neo. I should have purchased some high quality filament, rather than wasting money on this poorly engineered kit.The main problem, in a word: synchronization. Every time the printer was power cycled, the stepper motors would go out of sync and the bed needed to be trammed again. Without re-tramming, my prints would have great first layer adhesion on one side of the X-axis, but were barely contacting the bed on the other side (clearly the gantry was drifting out of square). I tried installing anti-backlash nuts on the lead screws, but the problem persisted. Why Creality would market such a poorly engineered upgrade is amazing. In order for a dual Z-axis stepper motor configuration to work properly, the G34 (Z Steppers Auto-Alignment) command needs to be sent at the start of each print. However, to use G34, the printer must have two Z-axis drivers on its motherboard. My printer does not; neither do any of the printers this upgrade is targeted for.Powering two stepper motors from a single driver is problematic. At the very least the output of the driver should be increased to handle the additional load (which is not addressed in the installation instructions). Powering two motors from a single driver may have cause part of the sync problem (viz., one motor receiving insufficient power to reliably execute each step command). The cabling provided is also strange, requiring motherboard access to replace the existing cable. Other third-party kits provide a splitter, which makes more sense (although the sync problem still remains).Furthermore, the lead screw stabilizer collides with the extruder before the gantry reaches its maximum travel (which would limit print height). There are also issues with stepper motor and lead screw alignment with the frame (there are workarounds; but seriously?).Only after installation did I find forum posts and YouTube videos discussing the various issues mentioned. With this kit removed, my printer produces clean results and the tram stays true, print after print. In hindsight, there is no real need for this upgrade in the first place (unless switching to a direct drive extruder). Properly adjusting the eccentric nuts on the gantry is sufficient to keep it square to the frame.Definitely NOT recommended...
