Ok I have had a lot of earthy awful tasting things in my life as an avid park goer & health food store patron over the last 2 decades. This takes the gold for worst taste i’ve ever had hands down. That being said, my depression has lifted & my skin is glowing after 5 days. I put some on my plants & they grew more in 5 days than they did in 3 weeks prior. Bottom line if your serious about your health, get this, just have something else ready to rid the taste after a shot of it.

Product was received on time with no damage. I have been taking this supplement for several years with good results.

As others have mentioned, the taste is terrible, but that's to be expected with all trace minerals supplements. That being said, it's the least offensive one I've tried. I take a shot glass of this mixed with water AM and PM. When I miss a day, I find myself craving it. The difference it makes is so amazing. I feel energized and my mood is better. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder, and the cold, dark winter months usually drag me down. Not with this! I've also found it helpful with remineralizing teeth. I have sensitive teeth and gums, but when I swish this around in my mouth before swallowing, my sensitivity is greatly diminished. Do yourself and your health a favor and try it.
