Add to that the cost of labor involved in picking, packing and shipping. And these are verifiable costs. You can try to buy it from an Indian store for a $1 and ship it to someone. You will know the cost. Thank you!

Q: How many cookies come in each individually wrapped pack?

If I remember correctly it is 12-14 cookies per pack. There are 12 packs. My grandchildren only get one at a time so that last and retain their freshness with their packaging. Great taste. Not really sweet.
