These supplements really work! My Doctor at the VA recommended Red Yeast Rice for my high cholesterol. I can't take stations because of the side effects. I like that also contains COQ10! My numbers are much better now. It took a while to get the results (about 3 months). Of course, results may vary for each person. Love this product.

Good product but I was looking for a 1200 mg capsule

It literally reduced my Bad cholesterol by 32 pts.. I am unable to take statins and was looking for something to bring down my LDL. A Nurse Practitioner advised me to start taking the Red Yeast Rice and I found this one that had CoQ10. After taking it every morning for three months my next blood test showed a drop from 187 to 155, 32 points!

Capsules are big. They are tasteless. So far no GI disturbance and hopefully if I take as directed my lab values in a few months will show a marked improvement. Price is good, comparable to others on the market.

The outside of these capsules tastes horrible. None of the capsules are split in my pot, so can only assume it happened in the factory. Poor quality control
