I wish I never had to buy this, but when my wife lost her battle with cancer and was later cremated, it seemed a much better option than the box that the funeral home supplied. I chose the style with angel wings for the internment ceremony. The funeral home gave me a plastic box to store her remains, which would have been fine for the actual internment since it's buried in the ground, but a plastic box just didn't seem right for the actual ceremony. This looks much nicer, and although it's only visible for a very short time, I felt better putting her remains in this container for the short ceremony. It looks pretty and had plenty of volume for the remains of my 180 pound angel. Good quality, seals well, and is ideal for the intended purpose.

I'm giving this product 5 stars because it's beautiful, good quality and strong material. However though it is described as a large urn it does not take the ashes of one adult male..not even half of the ashes of one adult male.

Sadly had to purchase this urn for my husband who passed away recently , it looks great quality and is a good size , my husband was a large man and his ashes fitted in it perfectly, it also has a black velvet bag to put the ashes in which are then closed by a draw string making it more secure and easier if you wanted to move ashes in future
