HDMI Matrix 4x2, 4K@60Hz HDMI Matrix Switch 4 in 2 Out with EDID Extractor and IR Remote Control, Support HDMI 2.0b, HDCP2.2, HDR10, Ultra HD, 3D

For some reason, when using this switcher with a CAT 5/6 4k extender - and also routing the optical audio out to a 5.1 decoding preamp, our display would only work at 1080p not 4k despite trying all the different switch combinations. When bypassing this switcher and plugging directly into CAT 5/6 extender, and using the 2nd HDMI output to drive an HDMI > Toslink converter and feeding that to preamp to decode 5.1, it displays 4k perfectly. Not sure why - and don't have time to troubleshoot right now. Beyond that experience with an admittedly very specific configuration, its a nicely built metal device that seems to work very well - so middle 3 stars.
