I was going to buy a cheaper gun and then decided to go with the OG! I am happy I did. The quality is superior and the thing just works. All parts of the design are thoughtful and well made. It is also relatively light and compact. I am just very pleased with this product. Easily worth the price!PS -- Don't know anything about the app connection as I didn't bother with that nonsense. Just turn on and use!

Beautiful, well designed massager. Amazing battery life… then suddenly, not so. Probably only had to charge it four times in a year and a half. Then suddenly the charge plummeted to six and a half minutes. Now several days later it won’t even turn on. I bought this a year and a half ago for $200. Expected it to last longer than that for that price. reviews on this as it’s a known problem with the company. When I contacted customer support on the issue I was also offered a 25% coupon. Guess they don’t stand behind their products for a reason.— updated ———I spoke too soon. Turns out they do stand behind their products. After reaching out to their customer service group, they offered to replace the unit. When they sent the new gun they recommended I charge it every 2-4 months to keep the battery fresh. Even though we use the massage gun regularly, we don’t use it enough to drain the battery. It’s so good we probably only charged it 3-4 times in the year and a half that we owned it. I recommend you charge it every 2-4 months… and buy the extended warranty.

This product became a waste of money. Weve had this massage gun for a couple of years and taken very good care of it. No excessive force or excessive time use. Maintained and charged/discharged the battery as is recommended. A couple days ago the massage gun just decided to not turn on anymore. When plugging it in you can see the battery is fully charged as it has all 3 lights solid, but it won't power on.I attempted to contact the company and they told me, too bad, "it's out of warranty". Then they offered a coupon, but this is not acceptable of a brushless motor massage gun at 180$. It should not randomly stop working when it's received proper care.I then tried to troubleshoot and service it myself, since I'm handy. The company put inaccessible lock screws at the base so you can't fully open the device and cannot service it.Update: The company reached out to me and offered me a refund. Good on them for making this right.

GREAT PRODUCT

Bought this 2 years ago. Used it 10-12 times for approximately2-4 min each time. Followed all use and charging instructions. Went to use it at just past one year point, made sure it showed charged, unplugged charger and it would no longer turn on. Repeated the pro cess, no luck. I got a bad one, the companies response was to let me purchase another one 20 % off. No thanks .

Update: 2/28 - Based on my review, Opove contacted me very promptly with options to remedy the issue I've described below. I appreciate the patience of the customer service agent and that Opove was willing to fully stand by their product. I am updating my review to reflect this; my rating is based on my experience using the massage gun and the fact that Opove fully addressed the issue I experienced. I would confidently buy from this seller again.I began using this product in July of 2022, so just over 6 months ago at the time of writing.It worked very well for me in the few times that I used it during those 6 months, primarily for relieving shoulder pain. I never timed it, but I'd estimate that the battery could last about 50 minutes at the highest setting. That's pretty impressive in my opinion.Despite this, I can't recommend anyone purchase it. I charged the massage gun this morning after using it a few days ago. After about 6 hours on the charger, it was only showing a charge of 2 out of 3 bars. I tried to turn it on and it vibrated for about 15 seconds, then abruptly turned off. I tried toggling the on/off switch, but it no longer turns on or charges in any capacity.I can accept that a product like this will break down eventually. At this price, I expect it to withstand much more than 6 months of occasional use.
