How I’ve lived 51 year and didn’t know about the magic of these things I’ll never now. I have super problematic feet and am unable to wear most shoes without a bunch of pain. I buy, bleed and return over and over. All my current shoes have collapsible backs. Then along came some doc martens I just had to have. I assumed it would be a massive fail, but I wanted to try. The shoes arrived and I tried my usual tricks to no avail. I prefer some heel pads and that helped enough to keep searching. Saw these come up but they seemed kinda odd and I couldn’t imagine they would help-but I really love my shoes. Finally tried them today and holy crap! I can hardly feel the shoes touch my heels, I walked all over in my docs and nary a sore moment. Didn’t think about my feet for a second and there is zero pressure or pain. Legit magic. I’m a total convert and wish I had found these years ago and been able to keep all the other shoes I returned or gave away!

Perfect! This is what you need when you're like me and ALL shoes blister the back of your ankles. These also help tremendously with my foot and heel pain from standing and walking all day. They stay in place, are easy to put on with foot powder, are stretchy and hold up to me walking miles daily on my delivery route. Highly recommend these.

Fabulous for breaking in new shoes and/or covering blisters from said new shoes that you received prior to having them. ;) 4 of 5 only due to the slippage of these suckers when worn with lower rise socks. (Photo of how they show above the low rise socks, but they quickly fall)

I am very happy with these silicone heel covers. I don’t try to wear them in regular shoes, I wear them to bed and with flip flops. I can sleep through the night with them in and they don’t cause me any issues of my feet sticking to the sheets. These silicone heel covers help with moisture retention and with keeping the skin soft underneath them, preventing cracks in my calloused heels. I wash them daily with an antibacterial liquid soap and they haven’t lost their shape, nor their thickness on the sole area from walking on them regularly. I will be buying more of these if mine ever truly wear out.

These caused a severe reaction causing a raised irchy rash. They also totally disintegrated after one use. Do Not But!

If you've ever had your ankles destroyed by a new pair of Doc Martens, you need these. I used to love how they looked but dreaded wearing them out. One time I had to walk home barefoot with bleeding heels. It was rough. These gel socks changed everything. I wear a size 6 or 7 in Docs and these fit perfectly. Super stretchy and comfortable. I put them on with a fresh pair and for the first time ever, no blisters, no pain, no limping. Just soft cushiony protection where you need it most. You get two pairs which is great because I keep one in my bag just in case. Honestly for a few bucks this saves you a ton of pain and makes breaking in new boots actually bearable. Pro tip: Wear them for the first few times you go out in new shoes and thank yourself later.

I purchased this product to help prevent blisters while playing ultimate frisbee as I was getting a lot of friction on my heel. This heel protector felt great at my last session, preventing irritation of my heels and actively protecting the latest blisters that had been healing. They felt a little bit slippery but had minimal impact on performance in my cleats. I like that they're easy to put on and that the had good fit for me. I don't know about their lifespan, but they're worth it so far.
