It gets hot very quick, I'm satisfied with how the product works. The only problem is that it has a little scratch on the plastic, in the screen, I don't know why it has it, if it's new.

Love his flat iron. It works great on my coarse, wavy hair. The price is right too! My only complaint is the cord is really long, so it takes up a lot of the counter space, but I would still buy again.

Does not work on my hair at all. I have thick curly hair and this product makes my hair very frizzy and unmanageable. Would not recommend this product

I like it, but it's not the best I've ever owned. It's good for the price. My favorite I've owned is a Chi that I had forever. I don't feel like this one will last as long as my old on did, but it's really pretty and the blue light is cool! It'll work!

I am glad I decided to purchase this flat iron. It glides across my hair and I like being able to control the temp. My old flat iron kinda pulled my hair so this is a great improvement. It also heats very quickly, which I like.

Stopped working after 10 months.

I have very thick, coarse, curly hair and it straightens it perfectly.
