Marycrafts Buffalo Horn Mug Drinking Horn Tumbler Viking Drinking Cup with Handle

This is a very nice Viking style mug! I was pleasantly surprised when It arrived in a yellow box packaged in bubblewrap. Having ordered a similar mug from a different vendor and being disappointed, the first thing I did was smell the cup for any odor and there was none. The second thing is I filled it with water to check for leaks, there were none!! The bottom is made from resin and it has a clear resin coating inside and out. The bottom was left rough from the what I believe was the grinding or sanding. The mug measures 6 inches tall and approx 2.75 inches in diameter. The capacity of my cup is 17oz. I highly recommend this product!!

Good product, a lot lighter than I expected.

I got this for my husband for his birthday. He had been wanting one for a while. First of all, this ale horn came packaged so nicely. There was great care taken in making sure it wasn't damaged in transit. I really appreciate that! Second, the ale horn itself is a beautiful functional piece of art. It is beautiful and was well represented in the photos online. We plan on buying 3 more to make a set. Oh and my husband loved it! He said the ale horn made the beer and wine taste better. Thank you Marycrafts!

The posting for this mug is definitely false advertisement or the company messed up my order. I paid $35 (plus an extra fee for 1 day delivery) expecting the 30-35oz mug as stated in the description but the one I received can't even hold 20 oz.The mug itself is good quality, looks great, and definitely made from horn but the description for the mug is misleading and kind of robbing you.

So far, I have bought three of these as gifts and each one has a unique beauty to them. They are well crafted, do not leak, and do not stink! Would clearly buy from this company again! Well done.

A hard plastic but it's not bad. For the price it's bloody brilliant. I enjoy dressing as a Viking and drinking mead around a bonfire. This will complete the ensemble.

This is probably the best gift I've ever gotten my husband. It's so unique, it's not made of plastic despite what the other review had to say about it. He will definitely take care of it as you should with all unique mugs.

I looked at a lot of different cups like this for a Christmas present and picked this one. I was excited because it looked really nice and I thought it would make a great gift.The moment I opened the box and grabbed the cup disappointment washed over me. It is clearly made out of plastic. It is still very pretty and I assume it works fine but it is not made out of the material that it is said to be made out of. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it.I am promptly returning this.
