ISO 100 Hydrolyzed Cookies & Cream 932g - Whey Protein Hydrolysat + Isolat Powder

Super tasty, I chose cookies and cream and it’s delicious! I mix it with milk (if I’m feeling fancy it’s golden top milk) and add a small scoop of glutamine powder and honestly this is the nicest protein I’ve ever had, it mixes so well in a shaker, I would not use a blender of any sort because it goes very frothy and airy. As for the taste I absolutely love it, it is quite sweet so if you really don’t like sweet proteins this may not be for you but honestly I’m not a fan of overly sweet things but I already know my mum would complain about the sweetness, personally this has helped me start to eat in the morning which I usually hate. Starting my day off with lots of energy.

I got the chocolate one first off but didn't like the flavour. So I baked it into cakes and stuff so my treats were packed more with protein. I purchased a protein powder recipe book for this, not just guess work. It did bake well but I had to use less powder to flour than the book said for it not to go like rubber. So it bakes well but use less than recipes suggest. I then bought vanilla and that was nice. I use it as a shake and for some of the recipes in my book. It made a reasonable mouse and icecream. (Like mini milks but protein powder version) I then got the cookies and cream which is very nice. However it can get sickly after a few weeks of only that flavour. So my swallow reflex decided it didn't want to work and I'd be stuck with shake in my mouth and my body refusing to swallow it. Very odd response indeed. So my advice is to use the sweeter cookies and cream here and there and not as your every day go to if you find some sweet stuffs get sickly for you. I am type 2 diabetic and I must say, this does cause an insulin spike. I find I can barely stay awake shortly after consuming a shake. So to combat this I ake sure to eat some veg or salad before it which slows down the spike. So I need the fibre first and can't just down a shake. Another way I found is to blend it with berries. I don't get that horrible tired after. It is not the same as normal tired. So unless you are diabetic it won't do that to you. The blended shakes with fruit I can't finish as I get to full. I used milk at first but swapped to water and added a dash of milk like you would in a cup of tea or coffee. That helped me manage to drink the entire shake but I admit I end up feeling extremely full. (I use 30g of stil frozen berries for a fruit infused shake) I am going to try the strawberry next as I think it would be awesome blended with strawberries or summer berries. But not ticked that box off yet. Get creative with these powders folks.

Yep this sure has nice taste very smooth no clumps and good price definitely order again.

I loved the flavor! My favorite protein so far! I used to buy the vanilla one, but I tried cookies and cream flavor and I just loved it!

I bought the Cookies and cream 950g tub and at first it was nice, but then I couldn’t even drink it anymore as it makes me gag so bad, I’ve got half a tub left and I’m very put off by it that I’ve actually been spending more on real food lol so I guess it’s done a good thing for me as I’m eating proper food. It really is a great protein tho, I bought chocolate last time and loved it, cookies and cream is just horrible, play it safe and just go OG.

Little bit sweet but ok

It’s a really good preworkout and I have bought it because it’s apparently great for bulking, from personal experience I would definitely recommend it and for greater effect blend it with peanut butter and Greek yogurt

De las mejores proteinas Isoladas Hidrolizadas que he probado. El sabor es bueno, aporta un porcentahe interesante de proteinas por toma, además de la leucina y los aminoacidos ramificados. No lo considero caro ya que realmente te va a duras un par de meses si tomas 2 tomas al día y personalmente noto efectos positivos. Además al ser proteinas aisladas tiene el mínimo de carbohidratos y casi nada de azúcar.

Mi proteina favorita con diferencia, por lo que lleva, sabires increibles y disolucion. Llevo muchos años entrenando y probando muchas marcas y la mejor con diferencia. Mi favorita helado de naranja pero la de cookies me sorprendio. Solo la compro cuando baja por debajo de 70€, todas las proteinas de mas de 70€ me parece precio ahora mismo exagerado y mas cuando compras continuamente

No me tomo a la ligera los suplementos que tomo. Por eso me gusta elegir marcas con renombre y reputación. Dymatize tiene productos de calidad. Uso la proteína y la creatina y genial tanto en sabor como en resultados.
