Does it work on disneys rental strollers?

While Disney’s strollers DO have a side bar, it looks like it’s covered with fabric and inaccessible. We would therefore actually recommend our Disney Baby by J.L. Childress Cups ‘N Cargo Stroller Organizer as it will definitely work on Disney’s stroller rentals and provides ample storage space via its large mesh pocket. Does this work for a double stroller?

It attaches to the frame on the side of the stroller. I can't imagine that it would be a problem.
