Is this certified gluten free?

Gluten is a protein in wheat, and is not found in any fish or meat. Cod liver is a fish liver in its own oil. This is an excellent source of vitamin D and Omega 3. Me and my wife take this every day.

Who provides kosher certification?

Seems very kosher to me. I just don't know how big the Vaad ha Kashrus of Kehillat hakodesh Denmark Copehnagen is ( translation of the Hebrew.) . If they are anyway near as powerful as the Orthodox Union, no one would be using their name in vain on their products, lest they get the pants sued off of them. I couldn't read the letters inside the Hebrew for as much as I zoomed couldn't see it. Hope that helps.

I have no idea what yours would be. I bought mine some time ago, but still have a few cans left. So I just looked. The expiration date on mine is 12/2022. And I cannot figure out from their stamped code, when it was made. These are quite delicious. I was expecting them to smell and taste awful but they don't.
