I have a mixed connective tissue disease, and this is first time in years I have felt human again. Start the first week building yourself up to them making sure they don’t upset your stomach ( bc everyone is different) and I do go to the bathroom more frequently now ( bonus) and I added a quality probiotic as well. I breathe better, sleep better and feel like a whole new person. I was the only person I know that didn’t get the flu and I took care of three children and husband that did have it. I have lived in slow motion on and off bc of my illness for almost 7 years and this is the first time I feel complete. I tell everyone I meet about these pills and I’ve put my whole family on them. Even my pharmacist at my drive through window bc her back hurts! I literally pulled my phone out and she wrote everything down. If you do any kind of research at all you will see what turmeric really does. See for you self. (A lot of major university hospitals are doing case studies on the turmeric and cancer and it’s proving to be helpful. ) My joint pain has taken more time to lessen and headaches have even eased and I have been on topomax for migraines for some time but still always had to take headache powders at least four days a week bc of sinus headaches. Now that is done as well. I’m done with month two of these, so when I put this time frame into perspective, my family has seen a total 180 in a couple of months bc I religiously take three pills a day. I had given up on help from doctors and my cabinet full of pills that made me vomit at least twice a day and remained constipated or having diarrhea and being nearly carried to bed some nights, plus high blood pressure and on an antidepressant bc who wouldn’t be sad. Now I’ve, with the go ahead from doc, come off the blood pressure pill (110/70) ,loss of 14 lbs, energy and feeling like a human, cutting down the dosage to come off antidepressants, the only pills I’ll be on will be herbal. I purchased a VERY expensive Tumeric concentration from a health food store and was AMAZED at how quickly my arthritic pain went AWAY (GONE ...!!!) but the expense was 80 cents per pill and I can't afford that so ... I purchased this product from Amazon at 15 cents per pill (got the smallest bottle to try) ... the pain remains GONE, I can close my hands which I could not do before and I am happy with the cost per day ... I vary between 2 and 3 tablets depending on how "tight" my joints feel. I am going to be VERY honest here ... My stiffness doesn't seem to be drastically improved so far (only on this for 10 days) but the pain subsided drastically within the first 2 days and seems to be gone ... I am HORRIBLE about taking pills regularly but I know that this stops the pain so I am very faithful this at least this supplement. I am no longer taking Aleve 2 pills 2x per day with Tylenol mid day if the pain is extreme. I don't know how well this will work in the winter but I am very willing to give it a go ... this is working better for me than Aleve so far. I must also be honest and say that I have become a Tumeric "pusher" ... my boss at work told me she could not sleep at night because of arthritis pain so I gave her a 5 day supply to get her going and on day 3 she ordered more from Amazon. Is this the best combination??? I really don't know but it is working for me so at least for now I am a BELIEVER ...

During the lockdowns, I switched to using this turmeric to treat my genetic iritis, rather than daring to enter the mask-o-rama zone where my eye doctor worked, so that he could renew my prescription for steroid eye drops. And I have not regretted a thing, I will always use turmeric for my iritis, it's a much better choice than steroids!!! The steroids, of course, have negative effects, whereas the opposite is true of the turmeric, which has great side benefits!!! Plus, wow, there is the added great bonus of being liberated from the toxic system and being self reliant, and that by itself is a great, great thing!! I highly recommend these turmeric capsules, you just cannot go wrong with them!!!

I don’t like the smell or taste of this brand. They were packaged fine and arrived fine. I just prefer other brands that don’t have such a strong flavor/smell.
