Saw a few reviews saying they got dud units. Mine seems to work fine. Using it to replace a cruddy USB powered nail curing light that took forever because it was grossly under-powered and only stayed on for 60 seconds at a time. This being a single light is SO MUCH better for my needs. I cure small jewelry charms that I cover with UV-cure nail gel to color them. I like that it doesn't automatically power off, you can just leave it for hours if you want. Goose-neck and clamp system holds in place great on my desk. Its nice and small so it is out of the way when not in use. I don't know if it would be the best for someone that cures UV resin daily, but as a hobbyist unit that is cheap and gets the job done, I'm quite satisfied. I imagine it would work great for nails as well.
