Bulk Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Vegan, Vitamin B, 300 g, Packaging May Vary

Love these yeast flakes. Much better value for money than the usual supermarket flakes in a small tub. As a vegetarian I use it in soups, stews, pasta dishes, scrambled tofu, etc. Pretty much in most savoury recipes to deepen the umami flavour. It is also a great healthier alternative to bouillon cubes in recipes. I add couple of spoons to the water whilst making couscous or re-hydrating soya protein chunks. Super versatile, last for ages and the packaging makes it easy to use and re-seal for freshness. Vegans, be mindful as this product is not fortified with B12, only B6.

I’ve never heard of this supplement before swapping to a Mediterranean diet. Skeptical to begin with. Adds a sort of nutty flavour. Very light so comes in a very large container. Not sure of benefits yet but is a great fibre provider.

Full of b vitamins and a tasty add to food. I keep refrigerated for freshness and to conserve the integrity of the nutrients.

I was looking for alternative nutritional yeast to the big brand I typically find in the supermarket.I haven’t been disappointed with this bulk bag. The taste is great and really noticeable in a good cheesy way, I love putting it on baked beans, marmite on toast or in soups. In fact there isn’t much I don’t stick a teaspoon of it on.Obviously taste is a very personal thing but this big bag is lasting well, is easy to reseal after each use. I’d certainly buy again 👍

Very strong flavour compared to my usual brand which I get from H&B at twice the price, but I prefer the more subtle taste, but that is personal preference. The flakes are more powdery too, so probably great for cooking, whereas I just use to sprinkle
