Massager was good . I am reviewing this after using for a week. It gives a good relaxing feel. Overall it is working well , no issues till now. I feel the scalp massager was a bit costly but it's okay .

I’ve been using the HA103 Smart Scalp Massager from Houzaide for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. It has multiple intensity levels, which makes it easy to customize according to comfort. It also feels refreshing with hair oil and shampooing and the build quality feels premium.

I bought HA102 in September 2024. The machine stopped working in October 2025. I am wondering if the machine is meant to last exactly one year considering that the warranty is of one year. When I called the company, they said it would cost a minimum of 1k to have the machine fixed. I am not wasting any more money on this. I thought I was paying a premium price for a better more durable product. Now I realize that I should have bought one of the cheaper machines. When I called customer care, they started out by telling me ridiculous things like I should just clean the machine assuming that the problem is with the customer. I told them I keep my machine sparkling clean. I wash the massage heads regularly and I regularly wipe my machine. There is no question of any debris. I also described what is happening now - as soon as switch the massager on (after making sure it is fully charged), it works for a few seconds, then all the lights go dark and the machine just stops. Don't waste your money on this awful product. Buy a cheap massager from another brand or buy one of the manual scalp massager brushes. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone!
