This is the BEST ELECTROLYTE EVER MADE! No other electrolyte works quite like Ultima! Been using for years! I have tried every other brand!! I keep coming back to the G.O.A.T. Ultima! I prefer the orange flavor over the others. The mix encourages sipping, which is best for hydration, and you end up finishing the bottle, which is also a good thing. I see a lot of complaints about it not dissolving well. While I can only comment on the packets poured into a bottle of water and shaken up, as long as the water is not ice cold, it dissolves to a good flavor, but there is some white residue in the bottom all the time. The warmer the water, the better the solution. If you plan beforehand, mix at room temperature and put in the fridge to have later when it's cold. My biggest complaint on the packets is that they are meant for up to 16oz water. Does any water company today product a 16oz water bottle today? I haven't seen any recently, they're all 20oz and larger. So, make the packets fit up to 20oz and you'll make people happier.

I need electrolytes and these are what I need. They are great little packets. I can take them anywhere and I usually do when I travel. Every day I put one in some water and I feel that I’m getting everything I need . I have these on auto delivery and they are the best.
