I wish I had read further regarding the comments. I too bought this product to make the "gut yogurt" and found the same issue, opening the capsules and found what was expected to be a powder, were completely solid. I had to take a pair or scissors to the capsule to remove the contents. I tried to beak it up with my fingers but it never got small enough to mix it properly with the other ingredients. The yogurt did not turn out well at all! Spoke online to someone from Mercola and was told they were never meant to be used to make the "yogurt", only to be taken as the directions on the bottle indicated, as a capsule by mouth. Skeptical that the contents of the capsule could/would even break down in the body, but since I already have them, I guess I will try. No way to receive a refund for this product since I live overseas.

I have only used it twice to make one of the Super Gut recipes. Very satisfied so far. It taste like Pamesan Reggaino cheeze. Will be making more soon.

I love Mercola products so when I saw this I thought what the heck. I'll try it. I've lost about 6 lbs. I really didn't expect it to do anything. I take this along with his other probiotic, which I've taken for years.
