Excellent choice for magnesium.

This magnesium glycinate works well and is easy to take, but be mindful of the dosage. I noticed digestive upset when I took the full amount, so starting with a lower dose is best. Once adjusted, it’s very calming and helpful for relaxation.

Best sleep supplement, not the brand per se but the magnesium form. No laxative side effects. I go between this and another brand based on price.

Great product Vegan which is a must for me Good price range. No issues except tablets are a little big which may put some off hence I don’t give 5*

Everyone needs magnesium and this one is good. The glycinate is better absorbed.

They are not kidding when they claim it helps with relaxation. I take it at night before bed. It’ll make you tired. I sleep sound as well. I take ONE per day.
