Fenugreek seed
I soak in water for 2 days added 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary leaves. 1 hour prior washing my hair, I applied and massage the desired amount on my scalp and hair. The result is amazing. It made my hair soft and noticeable after 2 washing with it, new hair growth are coming and made my hair stronger. I see less hair on the floor. Thank you!

Consumer read the fine print
It is the right brand that I was looking for but it saysFenugreek (Methi Daina) seeds ( No marble syrup or smell taste at all), and I thought I orderedFenugreek Methi seeds that smelled and tasted like marble syrup.
