The color of the sealant that comes out the tube is black. Like your black gasket sealant that is used by permatex.

Could this be used to seal a motorcycle crankcase?

I have used it to seal a vintage Lotus (Ford) crankcase and a professional mechanic in town uses it to seal Porsche and BMW crankcases so I would venture to say the answer to your question is yes.

Best RTV on the market....

Best engine builders RTV there is.....it is like No. 2 and Ultra Black mixed together....super workable.....you would have to use it to understand.

My favorite sealant I use, and Amazon has it at a good price.

Discovered this after seeing a YouTube video with the user recommending it for uses. Decided to try and found that I quickly purchased 5 tubes. Low odor and seals great in my uses. Drying time is good.Mainly used to seal antenna cable connections and have found that upon inspection of connections that the sealant has worked great. Some connections have been in the air for 5 years and require no touch up.My favorite sealant from this time on.Also used for gasket sealing on my cars and have found that it has performed well also when exposed to oil and heat without failure.
