Universal Cards Boxed Set

Upon receiving the deck the first thing I noticed is that it was not wrapped in plastic. The cards were all over the place and were all bent. The description above states that there's 88 cards, however the back of the box says there's 90 cards with messages. I counted the cards with the messages and there were only 89 message cards and 3 blank cards. I matched the cards to the book and found the missing card is 'Celestial Wisdom Poem'. I figured what I received was a previously returned item, due to missing card, and requested a replacement. To my surprise the replacement came in the same condition without plastic wrapping and bent cards. Again, there were only 89 message cards with the 3 blank cards. The same card of 'Celestial Wisdom Poem' was missing. I'm not sure if the second deck was also a previously returned item as I have always received all my brand new decks with plastic wrapping. I decided to keep the replacement due to the hassle of returning it again. I will just write the missing card in one of the blank cards. For the price, I feel very disappointed about the lack of quality control. Overall, the deck is beautiful with a hard cover guide book.

I was introduced to these cards in my YTT. We pulled a card every class. I had to have my own and use it for my workshops. Absolutely LOVE!!
