Easy to install, quality is fine, looks good, value was good. In practice, coworkers didn't seem to understand the concept of being on a phone call with a headset on and the flag displayed in a raised position. Maybe some more creative eye catching options would be cool. Like a pirate flag, safety hazard indicator, something to help it stand out more.
