Do you have to heat cure this or will it set enough on its own just by air drying it?

Rutland Products Liquid Stove & Grill Polish does not require a heat cure, once it has dried for 10-15 minutes, it can be buffed to the desired luster.

Does this product give a gloss or flat black finish? The Rutland liquid I used previously was flat black.
