Bought for my dad who has some bad arthritis hands. He can use this trimmer easily thanks to its big handle and trigger. I do have to restring it for him, but I found some snap on head attachments that might make it simple for anyone.Got two batteries and one lasts long enough for the other one to fully charge.Only negative is that the balance of weight is a bit off. The length of the pole is adjustable, which is the reason why I think. It’s just that the battery/engine end is much heavier than the string end. Still, the handle makes it easy to manage this.

Much bigger and heavier than expected. Works as expected with proper battery. I like the speed changing setting as I do not need the trimmer to be in fast mode to cut grass (saves power).You can try to adjust the handle height to distribute the load more evenly, so that you are not using this heavy trimmer off-balanced (more work for you).

This is a great trimmer , very hardy and easy to handle.

While I like the product, I have found that the only replacement spool is on backorder with no eta. Also in an attempt to restring it manually the manual says to use .062 inch or smaller and the smallest size that anyone makes is .065 inch.Good product, only good until the string runs out.

This is twice as heavy as my previous weed whipper. I had to stop multiple times because my arms were burning. Even with the battery out, it’s still heavy. The string is out of stock so hopefully SunJoe gets this back in stock ASAP otherwise this machine is useless. It’s also longer than my previous one so I just have to get use to it. For example in between my fence and garage I have to go on a angle now because of how long it is. It folds in half for storage but you have to take a screw totally out for that to happen. The handle that’s half way on the unit is easily adjusted. It was easy to assemble but just way to heavy.

NOT a two string model very disappointed after I was told it was a two string. It even advertises as a two string. comfortable to use, does not work well on tall and thick grass. for short and thin grass. very quiet. Battery life is excellent. I give it a three star rating only because it is a one string.

Does what I need without a cord. I can use larger batteries from other Sun Joe products in it, too.

Very nice, works great. Heavy duty.It is pretty heavy (even without the battery in it). But, that helps make it heavy duty.Keep in mind it's 6' long. (I'm 5' 9")Gives it a good reach, but don't know if I could use it if I were shorter.I own a few Sunjoe/Snowjoe products. This weed wacker, 21" 48 ah mower, power snow shovel, tire air pump, chain saw, 3- 4 ah batteries and 4- 5 ah batteries.Really can't go wrong with Sunjoe/Snowjoe products.
