Great for forearm, grip and arm development for half the price of some other fat grip trainers. I would highly recommend this as an alternative at a much cheaper price.

I’ve just received these blue barbell and dumbbell grips, They fit perfectly on barbells and dumbbells, but what really impressed me is how well they work with kettlebells too—something I wasn’t sure about at first. This was a blind buy but I recommend.

I really like with product. I have used on my dumbbells when doing any kind of exercise and my forearms got bigger and stronger which is what I wanted, but I did have to have to take them off for little bit as I was getting what felt like tendon soreness. This product is really well made and I see it lasting many years.

Decent alternative to fat gripz. They help you feel your back musculature more due to having to grip the attachment or bar in a different way.

Works for band handles also

I have owned and used named brand grips before and these work just as good for half the price. I had no issues using these with the equipment at the gym I go to. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Gainz Thick Grips are a direct competitor to the better known Fat Gripz brand. At less then half the price, I figured they'd be worth a shot, since the 3.75" size (length) is just wide enough for my **AVERAGE** size hands. After using them for over 2 months, however, I regret the decision. Although they do **BARELY** fit my hand (see photos), they feel too short (width-wise) on pushup stands. Recommend you measure your hands **BEFORE BUYING**. For reference, Gainz Thick Grips are 3.75", and Fat Gripz are 4.75". On the positive side, the grip quality is **VERY** good, and will last for years.

So I've been working out a long time and I feel I'm pretty strong but these thicker grips are a game changer! The forearm burn that I feel in each rep is incredible. You can feel your arms working harder to grip the thicker grip, and let me tell you these grips will humble you. And what I mean by that is you won't be able to workout with your regular weight,...I tried to curl even 80 lbs with the easy curl bar and it was hard. So I recommend dropping the weight and allow these grips to do their job. Strengthen your forearms at a lighter weight then gradually go up. I'm learning how to curl all over again with these new grips. Belive in the hype, if you want stronger forearms these are a good option to mix into your arm workout!

Really good product have helped with my pull up bar as the bar itself was felt small and hurt after a while. These grips helped me to get better purchase on the bar and my hands have stopped hurting as much.
