Q: is this good for cavalier spaniels?....20-25 lbs.?

The ball is too large for a small dog.I have a 22lb toy poodle and it's way too big for his mouth. He doesn't interact with this ball at all.

Q: I have a 25-50# dog ( weight range for the sentinel tabs) small to medium size dog. Which one should I get?

The small is perfect for my 20lb Schnauzer. It is durable & he plays with it every day. I would assume the large ball is best for a dog at least 30 lbs or more since it is 4 times larger than the small ball.

Q: Will it scratch my flooring?

IT SHOULDN'T BUT I'M NOT S URE MY DOG IS AN OUTSIDE DOG AND IT'S HIS CHRISTMAS GIFT.
