Pros. Fantastic with long hair as well as plastic strips, lint and similar stringy objects that can clog other vacuums. Works well on carpets and floors. Stands up straight against a wall. Great battery life. Good solid build quality. Looks good. Doesn't choke on debris nearly as easily as other models we've had. Cleans cup fairly easily Attachments are worth it Easily and smoothly swap and re-attach attachments Can upgrade/add an extra battery if you have a Really large area to clean. High power mode can actually remove some types of stuck on dirt too. Cons. Default Suction could be better but high power mode is good. On the heavy side. Cup may possibly not be equal to battery life (minor) Wish more companies can make solid products like this.

The only bad point, from a customer point of view. The charger, did not come with an Australian power point connection. Had to go to Coles am buy a travel power point connection.

I am so impressed with this Shark Cordless Vacuum Cleaner! Compared to other options, it was reasonably priced, but it performs like a much more expensive model. I especially love how effective it is at picking up long hairs because as a woman with long hair, I’ve struggled with vacuums that just push hair around or get tangled, but this one handles it beautifully. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture and tight spaces, and the suction is strong enough to get both hard floors and carpets clean without multiple passes. It picks up dust and dirt very quickly. The cordless design is a game-changer, making it much less stressful to grab and start cleaning without worrying about cords and outlets. The only minor con is battery life, which can run out before finishing larger areas, but this is easy to work around if you pick up a spare battery. That way, you can swap and keep cleaning with minimal interruptions. Overall, five stars for performance, convenience, and its amazing ability to handle hair without tangling. I genuinely love this vacuum and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable cordless cleaner. It is very nice to be able to quickly pick up this vacuum and spend a few minutes between calls to clean up!

Works as intended for a quick vacuum. Buyers should note that it does not have the suction of a Dyson, nor does it compare to the quality. However, we bought this as a quick vacuum for the floors rather than pulling out a central vacuum all the time. The battery lasts a decent amount of time.
