A quality and sturdy camera
A good strong sturdy camera. Setting it up for the first time was easy to follow steps. The playback of photos and filming qualities are sharp and clear. The motion sensor is so good, it even recorded a bird flying. I was also impressed with the longevity of the batteries. I kept the camera on for a full week and it only used 5% of battery power, so it's good value for money. I would definitely recommend this camera.

A superb 4K Wi-Fi wildlife trail camera and I kid you not!
The Ceyomur CY65 Wildlife camera is the first one I have bought, and I did so after careful research and on first use I was not disappointed in fact, I was bowled over by so many things I thought I would share some with you. I am going to look at things from a different perspective, given I am a complete novice and there are plenty of folks out there with the expertise to expound about the technical benefits of the Ceyomur CY65 so it's best left in their capable hands. The first thing to say is the camera is light, a good camouflage colour, feels well made, solidly built with no rattles or loose bits. At the underside of the camera is a rubber cap covering the DC-in port and the base of the battery compartment drawer, to one side can be seen perforations for the microphone and the ring for a security lock with the two types of loops for attaching to a tree using the included strap etc. The side clasp fastening is positive, works easily and well, opening the door to the front facing viewing screen, which when in action is crisp and clear. The buttons are a good size well placed and provide a positive action when pressed. The USB-C port is at the base of the camera alongside the actual DC-in port, both being safely inside the waterproof cover. A standard SD card is required which makes sense, especially if dropped in the garden or on location, making it easier to find, and being a 4K camera I went for SanDisk Extreme Pro 64 GB, but it is capable of taking up to 128 GB The SD cards are easily formatted, and the enclosed manual is helpful to get you started, there is a QR code to access the WILDLIFE CAM app, which I find to be excellent, where images and videos can be viewed via Wi-Fi on your mobile, deleted or kept and downloaded pretty quickly … blooming brilliant facility and outstanding compared to other apps I have used for my night vision camera! It should be noted though that there is a limit of 32 feet to the range of the Wi-Fi signal, which means if sat in the dining room I can view the camera in the garden but not if I had left it on the Common. If there is a lot of activity captured by the camera the batteries run down fairly quickly, which is why I bought 3 sets of 8xAA 2800mAh EBL RECHARGEABLE ones, so I always have at least one set ready to go in the camera. The battery tray itself is firmly held in place in the CY65, so no risk of it falling out and missing any footage I would say. A quick word about setup … it’s a breeze! I didn’t even need the manual, as it is quite intuitive, if you have a little bit of experience with gadgets, but basically you use the ‘Mode’ button to call up the settings screen, then use the ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ buttons on the right to highlight the feature you want to edit, and press ‘OK’, the again use the up and down buttons to highlight the setting you want and set it by pressing ‘OK’ … easy-peasy right? When you set the ‘date & time’, you will find you go round in circles, so once you have all the things in place, just press ‘Esc’, to come out of it and then continue as you were. Now down to the nitty-gritty with the conclusion then: • Picture quality - brilliant • Video quality – mesmerising • Would I recommend the Ceyomur CY65? In a heart beat • Would I by another? I already have • Would I buy another brand of trail camera? Absolutely not • Is it value for money? Without a shadow of a doubt • Are there any negative aspects about the Ceyomur CY65? I haven’t found any * Customer service has been outstanding i.e. when I contacted them via email

Great product. Very good value for money!
We have been fostering two baby barn owls for the last few months as mum and dad had disappeared and through advice from a local charity have been feeding them. Bought the camera so that we could a) work out whether mum and dad had definitely disappeared-they had! And b) so that we could ensure that the owls were beginning to fend for themselves and grace when to reduce their feed. The quality of the pictures and videos are very good and although we use it with quite close range to what we want to pick up we have also tested it in other areas too and the quality at a greater distance is also good. The camera itself is reasonably easy to set up with built in wifi that talks to your phone via an app. The app itself is a bit buggy and could be improved but still does the job. The only downside, as we have the camera 20ft up a tree is that you have to physically get to the camera and press a button each day to connect it with the app and download the images. Shame that the app cannot pick the camera up from a short distance however for the price paid we are not complaining!

Excellent camera
Excellent camera. I have owned a few over the years each one a bit better than the previous one. Good points: uses rechargeable batteries which can be charged insitu also charges by solar panel not worked yet due to bad weather and position. Quality of night time video is superb. Able to preview on my phone and tablet. It uses Bluetooth to connect which works fine. So far no down sides. Very pleased with it.

Close-up critters!
I purchased this camera back in June and it has proven to be quite a source of entertainment since. I have mostly been using it for capturing a fox on video - although I also managed to get a clip of a badger which was a surprise as I didn't realise we had any in the immediate vicinity! I haven't taken many photos with it, preferring video only. The video quality is pretty crisp - more than enough for sharing to social media etc, and the infrared night vision is impressive. The camera has proven to be a reliable machine and has survived some pretty stormy weather. It looks pretty cool with the camo as well. I had some initial frustration with getting the fox to hang around long enough in front of the camera so I took to feeding it as you can see in the video. It's amazing to finally see close-up what before was only ever a fleeting glimpse. Contrary to some other reviews here, I have had little difficulty in connecting to the camera wirelessly with my phone. It's pretty easy to get the photos and videos off the camera and on to your phone using the app. The only cons are that it needs lots of batteries and the lens occasionally steams up on colder nights but I think those issues are just inherent in trail cameras. If you're interested in wildlife at all I'd recommend getting this camera!

Excellent Camera
The picture quality on this camera is excellent and it has a good range for connectivity unlike other wildlife cameras that I have had in the past. The battery life is good and the solar panel charges the built in battery well. For times when the sun isn't as strong you can also charge the in built battery with a USB c cable but you can insert 4 X 1.5v AA batteries into the underside of the camera to act as a back up. Overall, highly recommended!
