No, it does NOT include bottom cord with the headset. It is stating it has a quick disconnect on the headset cord, but you have to purchase the bottom cord separately. It is the headset to QD only. Headset World USA

these are not designed for use as a USB headset. I purchase the headset you mention for connection to a VOIP phone. Both are good headsets, but designed for different applications.
