I’ve had this for a little bit now, and while I don’t use it as often as I probably should, I do think it makes my mat cleaner. And I think it smells really good—like lemongrass. The instructions on the bottle are easy to use. It does recommend getting specific mat disinfectant if you want to deep-deep-clean your mat, but this seems perfectly fine for everyday use combined with occasional deeper clean as directed on the bottle. I don’t think it’s sticky, which is good. It is wet, of course, but it dries relatively quickly. Kind of a side note, but I would love if there were an easier way to clean both sides of my mat without having to lay the clean side back on the floor. Unfortunately, I haven’t thought of anything yet. It would be nice if there was some kind of spray that you didn’t have to use a cloth for, since then you could just set your mat on edge and spray it down. Maybe that exists. I don’t know.
