received in portugal with no probs on amazon international. arrived via UPS with customs and tax taken care of. seems solid well thought out construction, easy to assemble. The bolts holding it together are A4 with no self locking mechanism. Designed to be changeable to either 30 or 45 degree by removing bolts and adjusting. Dont know yet if i will loctite them in on one setting or leave loose for easier stowage.

If you're looking for a lightweight anchor, this is the one you need.All the small parts were missing from the one I got. If not for that, I would have given it five stars

Junk fasteners.
The anchor itself is good quality. The fasteners are junk. Purchased bolts and locking nuts so it would not fall apart.
