This a mild nasal rinse. It doesn’t take a lot of spraying to be effective. It helped relieve what I suspected was a sinus infection and headache. I have plenty of solution left in the container. I imagine a more serious infection would require a doctor’s prescription.

I fail to see how this product is useful for congestion when your sinuses are too closed for the saline solution to even enter. It dropped down as quickly as it was sprayed in. If you're looking for moisture on a dry day and only have mild irritation, I suppose this works? Very expensive for what it is. As for someone like me who has always had shut sinuses when they are inflamed, this is pretty useless. I figured as much, but was willing to try anything recommend as safe during pregnancy because my options are so limited and I am tired of being unable to breathe through my nose for days on end. The Netipot is the better option, of you can stand the initial unpleasantness of using it, IMO.
