Helps Me Drift Off Fast
I keep this on my nightstand and it has become part of my routine. A few sprays and I can feel myself relaxing, and I’m usually asleep within minutes. I wake up clear and not groggy which I really appreciate.

Sleep spray
Doesn’t really work, I don’t know if it really depends on the person, but it did not work for me especially when following instructions I was still very wide awake. It definitely does suck because I was looking forward to get something that actually helps promote sleep especially since I work third shift.

Works and priced well
I have allot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I have been a years long user of Relaxium which inexplicably stopped working. Gave this a try and I am very happy with results. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. No hangover effect from this either. Test is pleasantly fruity.

Unsatisfied with the results…
Not exactly as advertised, after 3 nights, following directions to the letter, I am not impressed, maybe it makes me a little drowsy, maybe it’s my wishful thinking. I still wake up after a couple of hours , try a second dose, wake up in another couple of hours, take another dose. I walk 10-12,000 steps a day, eat a healthy diet, and don’t spend too much time in front of any screen. I always have went to bed at 8:30, slept, woke up at 4:30-5am, no alarm. Now that I’m 69 yrs old, staying asleep is the big problem (and it still is…)

Reliable Sleep Aid for Quick Rest
I use it when my mind is racing at night, and it helps me fall asleep efficiently. Waking up refreshed has become more consistent since I started using this spray.

It doesn’t work!
Y’all this ting will make you feel like you are drunk or something worse like drugged but DO NOT help you to sleep, at least that’s how I felt.

Help with sleep...
I really can't tell a difference. I suffered from insomnia and on medications at night. I thought I would try during day and it does nothing. Sorry.

Works well, for me , deep sleep dosent knock you out Like ambean though.
