This stuff takes delicious. Don't know if it helps my skin but I keep using it every day

I have used hylauronic acid in the past with great results, I just started taking this. I will return to let you know ow how it works I tore my meniscus several weeks ago and hoping it works well.

Not one of my favorite flavors, although Now products are superior and helped put my RA in remission.

This is a simple honest review: TASTE: mildy fruity-like, smooth syrup. USES: directly no after taste, or I’ll add to water, smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal. BENEFITS: not 100% sure, but my skin seems more hydrated. I have dry eye syndrome and it’s improved by 90%…like I almost forgot I have it. I plan to double my dose to get 200mg per/day. Research states the optimal dose is 80-200mg. Of course that means I’ll be buying it more often. RECOMMENDATION: Try it! I’m on 2nd bottle and reordering.
