Purchased to replace a bag while traveling. Internal strap was broken on delivery. The anchor point was not sewn properly. During the trip home, one of the corner protectors split at the rivet. They are extremely thin and weak. Now I will have to remove it, as the jagged edge will catch on things. Not impressed with the quality of this product.

Nice product! My handle broke on my other carry on bag, so I tried this one to replace the broken suitcase. It was a great price and has worked well on my last two roundtrip flights.

Hard case, very easy to move around. A TSA lock is provided, not a built-in one. But overall, it looks durable. Hope it will last longer.

Love this bag. Color looks great and bag is stylish in appearance. It’s just the right size for several days travel with some built in organization for shoes and toiletries. Wheels roll smoothly and handle feels secure. I’ve used this a few times already and highly recommend. Only thing I wish it had is a built in lock instead of the included removable travel lock.

The first time I tried to use this case the handle would not retract into the body, so the unit is practically useless. Unfortunately, I wasn’t travelling for several months, so when I discovered this, it was too late to return the case. It was a waste of money.
