I like these. I have dry mouth since I eat ...
I like these. I have dry mouth since I eat a low carb diet and am usually in ketosis. I essentially talk for a living, and always have a mint of some sort tucked up in my cheek to combat the dry mouth. I choose ones with xylitol for dental health, because putting something slow-dissolving next to your teeth sounds like a dental disaster otherwise. I like the lemon ones, which are kind of like lemonheads. The cinnamon are good, but lemon is where its at. The only negative I can think of is that the taste doesn't last much longer after the mint disappears. A plus is that with xylitol you don't get the gastric distress that you can get from things like sugarfree cough drops, and the like.

Decent
I like anything with xylitol. Tastes okay but I wish it was a better lemon flavor. It's kind of blame, soap like flavor. Will still use it and buy more though.

Lemon Burst is decent, but I would play it safe and go with Peppermint.
I have tried these in both peppermint and lemon burst and I would probably rate the peppermint a 5, but the lemon for most people may be a 3. Although I personally don’t mind it too much and I still use these, the lemon mints for some reason coats your mouth with a bit of a slimy feel. It is a subtle lemon flavor but it is still quite nice. I would definitely recommend these for the oral benefits though, as xylitol is helpful for reducing the amount of acidity in your mouth which is great for your oral health. Although you are definitely still getting the benefits, it just feels a little more right using the peppermint flavor, I don’t know that the other ones will necessarily freshen your breath as well.

Xylitol has lots of benefits for dental health
I've been reading a lot about the MANY benefits of Xylitol for dental health -- do an Internet search of Dr. Peter McCullough (and) xylitol -- and you'll see what I mean -- Xylitol re-balances the pH of saliva and digestive acids in your mouth. Clinical studies show that Xylitol also has anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties. So I purchased Himalaya Xylitol toothpaste (it tastes great, and leaves my mouth feeling clean), and also some xylitol mints (dissolve one mint in your mouth after you eat or drink).

Slimy
The berry flavor is too sweet for my taste, the cinnamon is excellent, but too easy to eat like candy, but this lemon flavor is seriously icky. It has a weird coating that becomes slimy at the first hint of moisture in your mouth. I can’t even describe the flavor profile, because I couldn’t keep it in my mouth long enough to detect any lemon flavor.I may try the peppermint flavor eventually, but the lemon is so awful I’m a little bit afraid to try something new.

Miracle worker! Restored my tooth enamel!
These are great. They taste great, but most importantly, they do what Xylotil is supposed to do. I had a rough spot on one tooth from the enamel wearing away. Dentist said that it happens that's that. But online forums said that it could restore enamel, so I thought, why not? I used them, non-religiously, almost every day, and then only once a day, and I noticed when I wasn't even paying attention, that I couldn't even find the rough spot anymore! It totally restored my enamel! I had just gotten used to the taste and would pop them in my mouth every so often, but I'd really forgotten the original goal. Xylitol is the real deal, folks. And these Spry mints are an easy way to get it. They are a little pricey, but worth every cent. This is my 2nd batch. :)

Tasty but hard to find and a little expensive
I cannot taste the 'mint' in these but they are delicious with a cool, slightly lemony flavor. They are small, about the size of a pea and I hope the Xylitol in them will improve my dental health. Each piece has half a gram of xylitol. If you have 5-10 grams of xylitol a day that is 10-20 pieces and there are 240 pieces per tin. Even a smaller amount of xylitol makes me gassy although I understand that you can build up tolerance. In any case, at that usage level this tin will last a couple of weeks so it would be nice to have it available through more stores.I try and leave it in my mouth as long as possible and this appears to help with the digestive upset.I am looking forward to trying the berry and peppermint flavors from the same company. I have heard that you can also put xylitol sugar on your toothbrush or dissolve it in water as a rinse. Why didn't all of my many dentists, oral surgeons and orthodontists ever mention xylitol?
