Perfect
Wheat berries are very hard to find in my small town. Grocery stores in town don't carry them so I used to have to travel 45 mins to Whole Foods to find them so when they would on occasion be out of them it was a waste of time and gas. Im so happy to have found these and will order them regularly. They were perfect! I use them in cold salads or as a substitute for pasta when making pesto. They retain their firmness and “bite” and have a delicious flavor. They cook up wonderfully stivetop or even in my rice cooker. I highly recommend these.

Smells like chemicals
Leaving 5 stars because I hope it gets seen by others, I didn’t see the bad reviews and bought this bag. It does smell weird. Taste weird . Even after cooking. I even saw that someone told them that it was normal and would go away after a while from their customer service doesn’t sound like they have good customer service either….

The best product
I can sense the perfume of farm and freshness from this product. We are farming generation to generation and I’m sure that I never find any better wheat than this one in the word.

Delicious and Nutritious
This is my first time eating wheat berries, as it was suggested to me by a registered dietitian for my meals. The nutrition value is great with 6 grams fiber per serving. They cook perfectly following the packet instructions and are easily enhanced with fruits, vegetables, and nuts to make great wheat berry salads (case in point with butternut squash, cranberries, and sliced almonds) to pair with your protein. Buy in bulk (5 lb. bag) for the best value.

Excellent!
Wow! Just started fresh milling. Have tried other wheat from Amish and it was good. This wheat is absolutely spectacular. Every time use it makes a light fluffy loaf. Thank you !

Good but not organic.
These are good wheat berries for the price, I only wish they were organic.
